Yes, this can be shipped via stamped mail, but it's not suggested. 

If you are shipping via stamped mail, max of 2 photocards. The photocards will be inside 1 toploader. 

If you are ordering other FLAT  items like stickers or postcards, max of roughly 4 items. This can vary. If you're ordering stickers with thick, and bulky elements like gems , it is suggested you order it using tracked shipping instead. 

If you are international using stamped shipping and buying 3-4 photocards,  please pick the option where it is split into 2 envelopes.
