By selecting the stamped/untracked shipping, you are okay with the items being removed from the envelope they comes inside of. If you selected tracked shipping, it will remain inside the envelope.

The removal of the envelope packaging is not considered damage.

The packaging must be removed, because it will be too bulky to ship otherwise.
