it has a similiar formulation as chinese lip mud products which are so much more comfortable than liquid lipsticks. it has a sort of blurring effects as well
This was something I didn't need but decided to splurge on. And I don't regret it- it's so cute! The color also looks great... I forgot to swatch it but trust me lol <3
