A must read for anyone who's thinking about ordering an item on pre-order!!!
Must Knows
1. Any items in the same order as a pre-order will ship out at the exact same time
2. Combine Orders is currently not allowed. Before placing your second order, you can request an order cancelation and afterwards add it to your new order. If you already ordered, please contact me requesting order #xxx and order #yyy to be combined. I will cancel both orders and send you an invoice with both items.
3. It will take a few weeks or in some cases months for the items to arrive. Please be patient
4. You can not cancel a pre-order after the it ends. Please email asterliastudio@gmail.com with your order number and name to cancel an order.
